I have had the pleasure of working with Tsering Ritar of Mila Productions on several occasions on complicated location shoots in Nepal. Tsering brought great coordinating, language and interpersonal skills and a deep knowledge of the country to our projects. As a Director of Photography, I appreciated his knowledge of the filmmaking process and his ability to anticipate what our needs would be. He also has a very good eye for shots.
